IS MASA DEALS SAFE AND SECURE?

  • After you log-in, all data transmitted within our site are encrypted to the highest standards via SSL (secured socket layer) 128-bit encryption.
  • When paying online, you will be redirected from Facebook to our payment gateway (PayPal). Your credit card information is never stored on our servers, you enter your credit card information on PayPal's secured payment page.
  • PayPal is probably the biggest and most trusted payment gateway platform in the world.
 

WHAT IS TIPPING DATE / TIPPING POINT?

Tipping Date is the date when the deal will expire if all purchases didn't reach the tipping point. On expiration, all purchases will be refunded back to the buyer.

Tipping Point or tipping quantity is the number of purchases required to be met before the tipping date is reached.

This can be best explained via the figures given on the right.

 

DO ALL DEALS HAVE A TIPPING POINT?

  • Some of our deals have a tipping point, some don't have it.
  • Deals having no tipping point would mean that e-coupon shall automatically be issued to buyers upon payment of purchase. E-coupons issued may immediately be redeemed. Purchases may proceed until it reaches the maximum allowable purchase or it reaches the end date.
 

I LOVE THE FEATURED DEAL! WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

  • Just click the "BUY" button that comes with it. Buy it before it expires or before it reaches the maximum limit!
  • You'll be brought to your checkout page, you can change the quantity from there. Checkout to proceed.
  • Confirmation Page will come out if you checkout. Here, you can pay either via MasaDeals Account Credit, PayPal or Bank.
  • After payment, an e-coupon will be delivered to your email automatically if there's no tipping point. Otherwise, your e-coupon shall only be released if tipping point has been reached.
 

CAN I ALSO GET THE DEAL FROM THE FEATURED BUSINESS ITSELF?

  • All deals on Masa Deals are exclusive. You can't even go direct to the Merchant and secure the same offer from them. So if you like a deal, we suggest you buy it right away. You might also want to share the good news with friends and family so they can benefit from it as well.
 

WHERE DO I PAY?

  • Credit Card - You pay for your Masa Deals purchases through our site. We've partnered with PayPal so that you can make secure, convenient, and reliable payments with your credit card through their platform. PayPal gateway allows you to pay with your credit card without opening up a PayPal account. However, opening up a PayPal account will be advanatageous to you as you won't be typing repetitive tasks like entering your name, billing address, credit card infos, etc. Upon successful payment, we shall automatically issue your e-coupon via email if there's no tipping point. Otherwise, your e-coupon shall only be released if the deal has been tipped-off (tipping point has been reached).
  • MasaDeals Account Credits - If you have enough MasaDeals Account Credits earned, you may use it to pay for your deal purchase. Once you click the "Pay via MasaDeals Credits" button, the e-coupon shall automatically be delivered to you via email if there's no tipping point. Otherwise, your e-coupon shall only be released if tipping point has been reached.
  • Bank - You may also pay via direct deposit, electronic fund transfer, internet electronic fund transfer, ATM or debit card. Just be sure to send us the proof of purchase immediately so we can update your purchase and automatically issue your e-coupon via email if there's no tipping point. Otherwise, your e-coupon shall only be released if tipping point has been reached.
 

I SENT A COPY OF BANK DEPOSIT SLIP AFTER THE DEAL HAS BEEN SOLD OUT. WILL I GET A REFUND?

  • We don't facilitate REFUNDS (see our refund policy). The best we can do is to credit the same amount you deposited to your MasaDeals Account Credits. You can use your account credits to purchase other deals at MasaDeals.
  • To minimize occurence of events like this, we urge you to promptly send us a copy of your proof of payment so we can immediately mark your purchase status as "paid". Note that your purchase remains under "pending status" until you pay for it. Pending purchases are not counted in.
