Return Policy
We don't facilitate cash refunds. However, we can always credit to your MasaDeals Account Credits the same amount you paid for a particular deal, limited to the following occassions:
- You presented a copy of bank deposit to us after the deal has expired and cancelled (did not reached the tipping point on specified tipping date).
- You presented a copy of bank deposit to us after the deal has been sold out.
- You purchased a deal that expired and cancelled (did not reach the tipping point on specified tipping date).
- MasaDeals has turned you down.
Your MasaDeals Account Credits are as good as cash. It allows you to purchase deals limited to deals within our site. We suggest you invite more friends to earn as much credits as you want. There's no limit!
